What is CCSV?

  • Launched by the Social Welfare Department, the CCSV scheme provides 60%–95% subsidies based on the financial situation of the senior and their co-living family members. Seniors have the freedom to choose their preferred community care services. Participation does not affect your position on the Central Waiting List.
  • The scheme offers three modes: Centre-based, Home-based, and Mixed mode. Home-based services (where nursing staff visit the home) offer more tailored, one-on-one support based on individual needs.
