Enrolled professionals in HK: Doctors, Dentists, CM Practitioners, Chiropractors, Nurses (RN/EN), PTs, OTs, Radiographers, Lab Technologists, Optometrists (Part I), Audiologists, Dietitians, Clinical Psychologists, and Speech Therapists.
Cannot be used for inpatient care, prepayments, day surgeries (e.g., cataracts), retail-only purchases (medicine/supplies), or non-enrolled providers. Generally excludes publicly subsidized services.
Specialist RNs/ENs provide home nursing (e.g., wound/stoma, catheter care, medication, injections, and education)—all covered under the scheme.
We first understand your health goals and voucher balance, then design a flexible "Voucher + Self-pay" combination to avoid waste.
We provide formal visit records and receipts, with one-stop coordination for PT/OT/ST referrals (also covered under the scheme).
Every visit duration and fee is clearly itemized, making out-of-pocket costs after voucher deduction easy to understand.

Note: The above professions are eligible categories under the EHCV scheme. Actual usage depends on whether the specific professional has registered for the program.
