FAQs

My wound is bleeding heavily. Should I call you or go to the A&E?

If the bleeding is severe and won't stop, or if you feel dizzy or show signs of shock, please call 999 or head to the nearest A&E immediately. Our services are designed for stable, non-life-threatening wounds.

Do you provide surgical suturing?

Our nurses do not perform surgical stitches. However, for suitable wounds, we use advanced non-invasive methods such as medical tissue glue or skin closure strips to achieve optimal healing and minimal scarring.

What information should I provide when calling for help?

To help us assess the situation, please provide:
1.The cause and time of the injury.
2.The location and approximate size of the wound.
3.Whether it is currently bleeding.
4.The patient's general health condition.
Sending a clear photo of the wound via WhatsApp is highly recommended.
